Under this collaboration for capital increase, Ageas will subscribe for approximately 10% of the enlarged share capital of Taiping Pension with an investment of RMB1.075 billion. Upon completion of the capital increase, Taiping Pension’s register🐭ed capital will increase to around RMB3.333 billion, with Ageas having the option to further increase its shareholding to a maximum of 24.99% in the future.
