Mr. Wang is a senior associate, resident in the Beijing office. Mr. Wang's practice focuses on real-estate, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets.

Mr. Wang joined Haiwen in July 2008.

Mr. Wang received his LL.B. degree and his Master of Laws degree from the Nankai Unive🦩rsity based in Tianjin, China in 2006 and 2008, respectively.
