Mr. Zhu is a Partner with Haiwen & Partners, Beijing Office. Mr. Zhu's practice focuses on PE/VC fund formation and investment, merger and acquisition, healthcare and real estate. 

Mr. Zhu joined Haiwen in 2016. Prior to joining Haiwen, Mr. Zhu worked in another leading law fir♛m for 5 years.

Mr. Zhu♉ received his LL.M. degree from China-EU School of Law at China University of Political Science and Law in 2011 and his LL.B. degree fro🔥m Shandong University.
