Mr. Xiaoqiang QIAN is a partner of Haiwen & Partners based in the Beijing office. Mr. Qian is specialized in antitrust and competition law, as well 𓆉as IP related dispute resolution. Mr. Qian has expertise in high-profile and complex an꧅titrust filing, investigation and litigation and has a wealth of experience in handling cases in the intersection of IP law and antitrust law.

Mr. Qian joined Haiwen in July 2021. Before joining Haiwen, he workedꦺ for another large domestic law firm. Earlier, Mr. Qian served in various departments of the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, including the Anti-Monopoly Bureau, and worked in the Economic and Commercial Section of the Consulate General of the PRC in🐼 New York for three years.

Mr. Qian obtained his Bachelor degree in International Politics and Master d📖egree in International Law from the University of International Relations, and received his Doctoral degree in Economic Law from the University of International Business and Economics.

Mr. Qian’s native language is Mandarin, and he isꦬ fluent in English.
