Mr. Qiu is a partner in Haiwen's Shanghai office.  Mr. Qiu's practice focuses on capital market, private equity investment and general corporate matters.

Mr. Qiu joined Haiwen in 2021.🧸  Before🅰 joining us, Mr. Qiu worked with Fangda Partners and Jingtian & Gongcheng.

Mr. Qiu received his LL.B. degree from East China University of Political Science and L💎aw in 2009, and his LL.M. degree from Northwestern Universit✅y School of Law in 2014. 

Mr. Qiu's native language is Mandarin, and he speaks English fluently.
