In the area of M&A transactions, Mr. Li's representative experience includes advising:
● Sinopec in its sa🍌les sector’s restructuring and introducing 25 external investors to carry out a mixed-ownership reform;
● 🧸;Sinopec Yizheng Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. in its major asset restructuring;
● Sinopec in its sale of oil and gas pipeline network related assets to Pipe Chin🅷a;
●&nღbsp;Vanke in its acquisition of Shenzhen Metro;
● Wangfujing Group in its acquisition of a shopping mall 🤪in Erdos.
Mr. Li has also advised a number﷽ of companies, including Sinopec, Tsingtao Brewery, G-bits, Pang &nbཧsp;Da Automobile, Hualian Group, Harbin Electric, UCD, Central Huijin ,Hillhouse Capital and Huaneng Guicheng Trust in connection with matters of PRC laws.
Mr. Li received his Bac꧑helor of Laws degree from Jilin University and his Master of Law degr🗹ee from Peking University.
