Xixiang is a partner in the firm’s Beijing office.  He has extensive experience in the areaꦛs of antitrust and competition, M&A corporate.

Xixiang joined the firm in 2013.

In the area of antitrust and competition, Xixiang advises multinational and Chinese clients on the full range of c🌱ompetition law issues (including merger control, unilateral and joint conducts), foreign investment control/national security review matters.  Xixiang constantly conducts preliminary multi-jurisdictional merger control/foreign investment control analysis for his clients in cross board transactions.
