Under this collaboration for capital increase, ꦰAgeas will subscribe for approximately 10% of the enlarged share capital of Taiping Pension with an 🤡investment of RMB1.075 billion. Upon completion of the capital increase, Taiping Pension’s registered capital will increase to around RMB3.333 billion, with Ageas having the option to further increase its shareholding to a maximum of 24.99% in the future.
