We are pleased to announce that Mr. WANG Qingjian joins our Hong Kong office today as an international partner.
Mr.Wang has extensive experience in offshore fund formation and private equity investments.He has represented China-based and internatio🎃nal sponsors and investors on a variety of issues, including fund formation, carried interest and other internal arrangements and downstream investments. Prior to joining Haiwen, Mr.Wang had practiced for over 10 years in leading international law firms(including Debevoise & Plimpton and O’Melveny & Myers LLP). He had also worked as the sole in-house counsel in an offshore private equity fund.
Mr.Wang received an LL.M. from U.C. Berkeley in 2009 and an LL.B. fr🍌om Fudan University in 2004. Mr. Wang is q🌺ualified to practice law in PRC and New York.
