On October 9, 2020 (US Eastern Time), the American Depositary Shares (ADSs) of iHuman Inc. (“iHuman”) began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “IH”. iHuman offered 7,000,000ᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚ ADSs (subject to the over-allotment option) at the initial public o🃏ffering price of US$12.00 per ADS and raised approximately US$84 million in gross proceeds.
